
The Regina Public Interest Research Group (RPIRG) is currently accepting nominations to join our student Board of Directors! Any University of Regina student who has not opted-out of RPIRG membership is eligible to run. No board experience is required, training will be provided. Nomination deadline: February 28th
Nominee Orientation Meeting: 5:30pm February 28th
Campaign Planning workshop: February 1st, 10am – 5pm, CK 187 (Open to anyone! Registration required!)
Campaign period: March 2nd– 15th
Election dates: March 16-17
The RPIRG Board of Directors is composed of 8 Student Members of RPIRG. It is the decision-making body of RPIRG, which makes all major decisions regarding finances, long-term goals, long-term viability of the organization, staffing, and funding application approval – all using consensus-based decision making principles.
