Friday sessions will cover a variety of topics based on current social justice events; from LGBTQ organizing, to Standing Rock, and the US Election, we’ve got something for everyone. Come by for the whole day (10:30am-4pm, 1-hour/session), or pop by between classes to learn & enjoy lively action-focused conversations! We will have free fair trade coffee & tea for your enjoyment.

Saturday workshops will aim to expand your toolkit, and enable you to be a more effective change maker in you communities. Our facilitators will focus o

n skills from caring for yourself while doing this work, to being effective with media, and communicating within your change making communities. Registration is REQUIRED for Saturday workshops. Should you attend both a morning and afternoon workshop, lunch will be provided. If you do not attend both, you are still welcome to eat your own bagged lunch with our participants from noon-1pm.

Register HERE for your Saturday workshops, and RSVP to the event on Facebook for all the up-to-date info you need to make the best of Apathy into Action 2017!
